The problem
Personal-brand sites usually pick one job. This one has four — establish authority, sell books, grow a newsletter, and route buyers to a virtual try-on SaaS platform — and four calls to action on one page normally means none of them work.
The solution
A single vertical sequence ordered by commitment: credibility, then the author, then the books, then the newsletter, then the product, then partnership. Each block resolves before the next begins, so no visitor is asked for the big commitment first.
The result
One site where a reader, a subscriber, a partner and a buyer each have an obvious next step, and none of them are competing for the same screen.

Overview
Swapratim Roy is a founder and author working in Web Augmented Reality. The site carries his authority, his books, a newsletter, his frameworks and the virtual try-on SaaS platform he sells.
02
Context
Personal-brand sites for technical founders fail in one of two directions: too much personality and the technical credibility evaporates, too much product and it stops being a personal brand at all.
03
Challenge
Four jobs, one page, and each one needs a different call to action. Presented in parallel they compete; presented at random they confuse.
04
Approach
One vertical sequence, ordered by how much the visitor is being asked for. Credibility first — the recognition, the role. Then the person. Then the books, which cost a little. Then the newsletter, which costs an email. Then the product, which costs a decision. Then partnership, which costs a meeting. The dark, high-contrast treatment does double duty: it suits an XR subject and it lets the imagery carry the page.

What I did
- 01Positioning and content hierarchy for a multi-intent personal brand
- 02Visual design: dark-surface system, typography and imagery treatment
- 03Section patterns for books, newsletter, testimonials and product
- 04Responsive front-end implementation
- 05A separate conversion route per audience
