Mahakarshan
Positioning a studio as a partner, not a supplier.

The problem
Every development agency's website says the same six things. A studio charging partner rates has to be legible as something other than a cheaper vendor within about eight seconds.
The solution
The positioning is stated as a rejection — more than a development agency — and then earned: a named six-stage process, a visible stack, real product work with sectors attached, and client tenure as the proof point a vendor cannot fake.
The result
A site that argues a position rather than listing services, carrying the studio's own numbers: 13+ products launched, 5+ industry verticals, 4+ countries, 3+ years average client tenure.
01
Overview
Mahakarshan Technologies is a digital product studio working across strategy, design, engineering, AI and cloud, with a venture-studio arm. The site is its primary positioning surface.
02
Context
The buyer is a founder or a product head who has already been pitched by five agencies this quarter. They are not reading for information — they are reading for a reason to disqualify.
03
Challenge
Service lists are worthless here because everyone has the same list. The site had to demonstrate a way of thinking, in a format that survives a thirty-second skim.
04
Approach
Lead with the disqualifier: more than a development agency. Then earn it. The process is named and numbered rather than described. The stack is shown, because a technical buyer will look for it and a vague answer ends the conversation. Featured work carries sector and platform, so it reads as evidence rather than as a portfolio. Average client tenure is stated up front — the one number a vendor relationship cannot fake.

What I did
- 01Positioning and message hierarchy
- 02Site structure across services, process, work and contact
- 03Visual design: typography, colour and an editorial layout system
- 04Case-card and process patterns
- 05Responsive front-end implementation
Live
See it working.
This project is live. The best version of any case study is the product itself.
