LegalMeet

The problem
A two-sided platform has a two-sided homepage problem. A person who cannot read their own court judgment and a law firm shopping for practice-management software want opposite things from the same first screen.
The solution
The client promise leads, because it is the emotionally urgent one and the harder to explain. The expert offer follows immediately as its own clearly signposted track, with its own sign-up route, so neither audience has to read the other's pitch to find theirs.
The result
One site carrying both sides of the marketplace, each with an unambiguous next step.
01
Overview
LegalMeet does two things at once. For clients, it makes court judgments and legal documents readable in their own language and connects them to legal experts. For lawyers and firms, it is an office-management suite — cases, documents, hearings, deadlines and client communication in one place.
02
Context
In India, the language gap in legal documents is a real access-to-justice problem, not a convenience feature. That framing had to survive contact with a page that is also selling practice-management software.
03
Challenge
Marketplaces fail at the homepage. Lead with the supply side and the demand side bounces; lead with demand and the experts never sign up. Both audiences needed a first screen that felt written for them.
04
Approach
Sequence rather than split. The client promise is stated first, in quotation, in plain words. The expert track follows directly beneath under its own heading with its own call to action, so a lawyer scrolling for thirty seconds still lands on something addressed to them. Illustration carries the tone — approachable rather than institutional — because the client side of this product is often someone's worst week.

What I did
- 01Structure and content hierarchy for a two-sided audience
- 02Interface and visual design across the marketing surface
- 03Feature, expert and testimonial patterns
- 04Responsive front-end implementation
- 05Separate conversion routes for clients and for legal experts

See it working.
